Open Your Heart Meditation
There is nothing you need to do. Just listen, breathe, and use your imagination. If you find your mind wonders that is ok, notice what it went off to. Can you just breathe through it, then come back to your body. When energy moves, memories may arise with them. Just notice them in a way of observing them, not judging them, and breathe it out.
Tools for Growth
These meditations and affirmations are set to activate you into theta brain waves. Some meditations will use techniques to dive deep into your subconcious. This is so you can start making changes from the inside out. Below are different ideas of how to use this platform.
Nursing
Breastfeeding, or while giving your baby a bottle is a great time to reset for your day. Focusing energy on yourself releasing what is not yours and actually pulling more energy back into your body. If you say you are too tired? Great! Try our Yoga Nidra meditation to feel more restored.
Making Dinner
Making dinner or cleaning up dinner is a great time to pop on a meditation or affirmation. Just like yoga there are multiple forms of meditation, it does not always require you to be sitting or lying down.
Driving
Play an affirmation track while driving. Bringing attention to your body and how you want to show up for where you are going.
Finding Joy
Think of the mondane, mindless tasks that you do not enjoy doing. Now add an affirmation track or a meditation to do while doing these tasks. It makes it easier to do them, you may even look forward to them! Then you are getting two for one, tasks & meditation done.
